Sliced biltong is a biltong stick that has been thinly sliced. This style of biltong has long been a South African favourite. 

Traditional biltong is marinated in our special blend of spices, and hung and air-dried slowly for up to week. The slow drying process helps to retain the natural beef flavour and retain its core nutrients that is lost in jerky products.
